I withhold the right to refuse service without reason if I deem it necessary.
All appointments that are cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged a £10 cancellation fee.
Any missed appointments without notification from the customer will be charged full price and must be paid before the next appointment.
Any customer that is 10 minutes late or more will be charged the full amount of the haircut without receiving the service booked.
